How do I change or add a mailing list?
In order to add a mailing list to your mailing list sign up within the website you need to add a list to the Manage Company Data section in the administration area. Under Manage Company Data you can add, update, or deletethe name of a mailing list showing up on your website. After you have changed the name in the company data area you also have to update on Constant Contact. In order to access Constant Contact, return to the main menu of the administration area and click on Manage Mailing List. This link will bring you directly to the Constant Contact page and log you in automatically. On that site, adjust the name of the mailing list you have adjusted in Manage Company Data. This way both the mailing list in the Manage Company Data and the mailing list on Constant Contact match up.

Yes. When a new author is set up you have complete control over what sections that author may access through the administration area. If you wanted a page for a certain columnist you can add a section to the main sections. The section's title can be made unique to the particular columnist. Then within the section, subsections can be added based on what the columnist writes about.
Is there a place to put photo credits on News Portal?
Photo credits may be placed as a caption for the photo but may not be placed on the photo itself, unless the credit is already included on the photo. If it is preferred that the photo credit be found on the photo you can add the credit in an image adjustment program such as Adobe Photo Shop and upload the image with the photo credit on it.
